Datin Norhayati Ramlan is Chief Executive Officer at Hurry Ya Travel & Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. Her long and rich journey in business dates from the early 2000 as she founded multiple companies in various industries and fields throughout all these years.

The journey started  with the establishment of Digital Chrome Sdn. Bhd in Digital Media Advertisement & Marketing industries. 

In the year of 2006, Myra De Beauté Spa was launched, a company that specialises in Spa and beauty industry.

Willing to face every challenge, Datin Norhayati entered the field of oil and gas in the year of 2007 and collaborate with BHP Petrol Station in Taman Molek, Johor. Under D'Hayati Resources Sdn. Bhd with her distinctive business mindset, in the year of 2012, Datin Norhayati added value to D'Hayati Resources Sdn. Bhd  by producing and manufacturing beauty and skin products.

The following years, Datin Norhayati played an active role by helping communities and agencies in entrepreneurship and self-development. In this scope Datin Norhayati launched Myra Alternative Solutions in 2013 a company in the mind-health management field, and Meta Genius Myra Academy in 2014 that provides training and consultations.Meta Genius Myra Academy was of great success because of its uniqueness as it provides programs that are created and developed by Datin Norhayati 

such as Managing Emotional stress, The How to launch your Business, SEI EXtion camp using Hypnotherapy, NLP & Meta coaching techniques.

The year of 2017 was the beginning of a new era of business. Datin Norhayati  established Orchid Desire Sdn. Bhd a company specialised in food and beverage manufacturing. This stage led her way to explore the Chinese market and take part in the leading Asian companies. 

She started her company under the name of GOLDEN GLADIOLA Co. Ltd (China) specialising in the import and export of food & beverage products which got a huge popularity in the Chinese industry community. 

Datin Norhayati holds a Executive Master in Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA).

In training industries, she is also a Certified Associate Meta-Coach, Certified NLP Coach, Certified NLP Trainer (NFNLP-USA) and Certified NEURO SEMANTIC Trainer (ISNS-USA).
